Must say, I thought London Fashion Week was slightly disappointing this season. Every designer opted on the same direction. Clashes, ill-fitting cuts, too many layers and unflattering prints. Not really my choice. Mulberry and Meadham Kirchoff however, were my two chosen favourites.I focused on Milan this season for the innovative beautiful collections. Versace shone with Gothic, jewelled, dark leathers, iconic crosses and silver furs. Another eye catcher were the models fringes, kinda cry baby/early 90's Buffy, ya know? Jil Sander's collection was more focal on a calm, autumn teatime appeal. Darling Buds Of May, Ladies who lunch strolling elegantly in pastels and baby fuchsias. Jil Sander never fails with perfectly fitted cuts, and heart cleavages. Really cool.
